The necessity to engage with customers and suppliers is becoming mission critical for businesses. Increasingly, employees want to use video for internal meetings and for conversations with external contacts. Therefore they want to be able to see all those involved in the discussion or meeting, regardless of the system used or where those participants are. With the OCS Gateway service, Visions Connected integrates the existing video network with the OCS environment, allowing OCS users to set up video calls with external videoconferencing systems in their customary way. OCS users can simply select a video system or virtual meeting room from their OCS contact list to start a video conference.
